I collect only the information needed to provide my services, including:

• Booking details

• Payment confirmation (no card details are stored)

This information is provided by you when booking classes, courses, or contacting me.

Your information is used only to:

• Manage your bookings

• Send class details, updates, or schedule changes

• Provide access to recorded classes

• Respond to your enquiries

I do not share your information with third parties.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Wix or approved payment providers. Mariabyoga does not store or access your card details.

4. Recorded Classes

If you purchase a course that includes recorded classes, your email is used to grant access. No personal data is included in the recordings. Mariabyoga will ensure everyone will remain private in the event that a customer may accidental appear in one of my recordings by blurring or cutting/editing the recording, however in the raw link from zoom, customers may appear in the video.

Your information is stored securely within Wix’s GDPR‑compliant system (website platform provider). Data is kept only for as long as necessary to provide your services.
